established and emerging writers, as well as managing segments
of the journal’s online presence.

Responsibilities include culling manuscript submissions,
overseeing a group of eight assistant editors to identify stories
for publication and soliciting work from established and emerging authors.
Additionally, my duties included producing the magazine layout with InDesign
and guiding it through the entire publication process to promotion and distribution.
